顧客可選擇SF Express 派送到住宅/工商地址 或 於順豐站/櫃取件。

貨品會於寄出後2-3個工作天内完成派遞。

貨品寄出後買家會收到電郵／短訊通知, 並可用郵件編號去追查郵件

寄失
一切郵寄資料均以顧客於訂單填寫資料的資料作準，若有任何因資料填寫錯漏而導致寄失或郵件退回的情況，本店無須負上法律責任或作出賠償
若需再次投寄，顧客需支付額外郵費。故此於填寫資料時，請核對並確認資料完整及無誤。

Delivery
-Hong Kong District-

$30HKD shipping fee, Free delivery when order amount over $100HKD. 

Customers may choose delivering to Resident/ Ind./Com. Building or Collect at SF Express Store / Lockers via SF Express.

Products will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

Orders are delivered via SF Express, Products will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

$30HKD shipping charge, Free delivery when purchase $200HKD or above.

Tracking
Customers will receive email / message for the package tracking number after the package has delivered

Lost
Shipping address and contact details will follow the information filled by customer in the orders. We shall not take any legal responsibility and compensate if the undelivered / lost package is due to mistake information. 
Customers need to pay the extra fee if customer want to redeliver the products. So please do check the information carefully during checkout.
