付款方法

5. 銀行戶口轉賬/入數 - 本店收到訂單後會聯絡買家,待買家轉賬並通知本店後,訂單才算完成
6. 八達通 - 本店收到訂單後會聯絡並傳送八達通付款連結給買家,買家可以直接用八達通APP完成付款
更改/取消訂單
當訂單被確定後,訂單不能被更改或取消。
換/退貨
如於訂單寄出後的7天內發現與訂單不相符的貨品,請與本店聯絡,本店會將貨品回收並根據訂單再次寄出正確的貨品。除以上原因,本店不接受其他換/退貨的理由。 本店保留最終有關換或退貨的決定權。
貨品發送
本店選用香港郵政易送遞服務和順豐速運發貨。詳情可參閱 郵寄詳情 分頁。
郵寄費用
香港地區: 免郵費 (可加錢選擇另外服務)
澳門地區: $30HKD,購物滿$150即可免郵費。

郵件追蹤
貨品寄出後買家會收到電郵/短訊通知,並可用郵件編號去追查郵件。
寄失
一切郵寄資料均以買家於訂單填寫資料的資料作準,若有任何因資料填寫錯漏而導致寄失或郵件退回的情況,本店無須負上法律責任或作出賠償
若需再次投寄,買家需支付額外郵費。故此於填寫資料時,請核對並確認資料完整及無誤。

5. Bank transfer - We will contact customer when we received customer's order, and payment won't be completed until customer have sent us bank transfer receipt.
6. Octopus Card - Once we received your order, we will contact and send you a payment link, then you can complete the payment with the Octopus Card app on the phone.
Change/Cancel Order
Once the order is completed, items can not be changed or cancel order.
Change/Refund
If there are any incorrect / mistaken products to your order, please notice us within 7 days after the products are delivered. We will collect and redeliver your item along to your order.
We do not accept any other reasons of refund. Hong Kong Music Center reserve rights for the final decision.
Delivery
We deliver orders via Hong Kong Post and SF Express. For details, please refer to Shipping Details.
Shipping Fee
Hong Kong district: Free shipping (extra fee is needed when choosing other service).
Macau district: $30HKD. Free shipping will be offered when purchasing $150HKD or above.

Tracking
Customers will receive email / message for the package tracking number after the package has delivered.
Lost
Shipping address and contact details will follow the information filled by customer in the orders. We shall not take any legal responsibility and compensate if the undelivered / lost package is due to mistake information.
Customers need to pay the extra fee if customer want to redeliver the products. So please do check the information carefully during checkout.
